Now it just needs to head to the governor for signature and we'll make it 10 states! The kids of been working on this for two years so they're really excited. I’m hoping for a new state dog for Alaska!

Looks like another set of students from Bedford NH were behind a move to get New Hampshire to name the Chinook as their state dog. The Senate approved the designation so now it goes before the house.
